Wear something sexy! Tights, leggings, tank top, exercize gear, extra pair of socks, gym shoes or possibly high heels
What do I wear to the Twerk class?
Wear something movable, work-out clothes, gymshoes. No too tight clothes/leggings as they may restrict movement.
What do I wear to the Hip-Hop/Beach Body class?
Wear jogging pants and tank top or t-shirt and gym shoes.
