I come from a family with a variety of talents including a world renowed musician who brought me my first set of drum sticks when I was 3 years old. I have been dancing and in love with music ever since that day. I remember cleaning and dancing around the house with my mother and dancing at family gatherings. During my early teenager years, breakdancing, poplocking, and DJing were my passion along with running and boxing. Competing in neighborhood and park districts is where I sharpened my skills of rhythm and agility for dancing. My desire continued on through college as I lead my fraternity to winning stepshows. Now as an adult and professional businessman, the love for DJing, music, and dancing has been super-revived with stepping and line dancing. 5 Alive Steppers was born.

Thursday Classes located at Club What's Up 735 Torrence Ave, Calumet City, IL

Line Dancing Classes Only 7:30pm - 8:30pm

Stepping Classes Only 8:30pm - 9:30pm

Both Dancing Classes $40 per month

• Classes are fun and interactive, so come out be coachable and enjoy!!!
• Classes are 8 weeks rolling courses (Please bring ID Age 21 and over required)
• Audience can consist of beginners, intermediate, and anyone who likes to dance
• Entry Fees for classes are paid in advance on website or higher fees at door
• Class size can range from 1 person to 20 or more people.  We dance no matter the size.
• Dance investment for classes is a $40 pass for 8-one hour classes good for 4 weeks. New Year Special (50% savings of $40) or $15 at door per session. Classes can be started at any time. (Everyone who attends or observes has to pay class or door fee.)
• Stepping classes 6:30pm - 7:30pm; registration at 6:00pm. Time subject to change.
• Line Dancing classes 7:30pm - 8:30pm, Registration, Introduction, and Warm up 7:00pm and 8:00pm. Party Begins After Classes  (By purchasing a pass, you are receiving New Year Special; 3 classes for the price of one) 
• Monday classes will be held at Will Sports Bar 2454 East State Street, Burnham, IL
• Thursday classes will be held at Club What's Up 735 Torrence Avenue, Calumet City, IL
• It is optional to do both classes,  you can do one or both classes (Activities and structure of class is flexible) 
• There is a one drink minimum per session other than water (Juice,Pop, etc...)
• Line dancing is great exercise and activities for all ages, young adults and seniors.
• Everyone welcome, males and females.
